The Vine Christian School was founded in 2003. It offers parents the opportunity to work with the school to fulfil their God-given responsibility of providing a Bible-based education. The school follows an individualised, self-instructional, Biblically based programme, covering seven subjects. These are supported by an enriched afternoon curriculum.
Deuteronomy 6:5 states “And thou shalt love the Lord they God with all thine heart and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart. And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down and thou risest up.”
The school is housed on the premises of the South of Reading Christian Fellowship, Three Mile Cross, Reading. It is fully registered with the DfES and is a registered charity.
